This Privacy and Cookies Policy (“Policy”) has been designed to inform you about the ways in which the information provided by you is collected, used and processed in connection with any web page of EDM AjutorFinanciar (collectively the “Site”).

Like other services, EDM AjutorFinanciar uses server log files and automatic data collection tools such as cookies and web beacons (collectively, “Data Collection Tools”) when you access or use our Service. We match the information collected through these means with our customers’ personal information. Third Party Services
we use mobile analytics programs to better understand the functionality of the mobile program on your device. This program may record information such as: how often you use the application, events that occur within the application, cumulative usage statistics, performance and where the app was downloaded from. We do not match the information saved in the analytics program with any personal information you submit through the mobile application.
Our Service may contain third-party tracking tools from our service providers. Such third parties may use cookies, APIs and SDKs in our Services to enable them to collect and analyze user information on our behalf. Third parties may have access to information such as your device identifier, MAC address, geolocation and IP address for the purpose of providing their services based on relevant privacy policies. This Policy does not cover the use of third-party tracking tools. We have no access to or control over these third parties. Google Analytics
EDM AjutorFinanciar uses a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about the use of the Service. Google Analytics collects information such as: how often users visit the site, which pages of our site they visit and which other sites they used before coming to our site. EDM AjutorFinanciar uses the information obtained from Google Analytics to understand the use and patterns of the Service and to improve its Service. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you at the time you use the Service, and not your name or other identifying information. EDM AjutorFinanciar does not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personal information. Although Google Analytics places a permanent cookie in your browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you use the Service, that cookie cannot be used by anyone other than Google. Unless otherwise provided in this Policy, EDM AjutorFinanciar does not disclose your personal information to third parties. The personal information we collect, as described in this Policy, is stored on servers hosted by Inside Media, located in Popesti Leordeni (Ilfov), Strada Tractoristilor 15, Romania and we can access it from anywhere in the world.

We will keep your information for as long as we need it to enable you to use the Service, but generally no longer than 5 years.

We strive to protect personal information as long as it is under our control. If you have an account with us, your account information is only accessible online based on a password. To help protect the privacy of your personal information, you must keep your password secret and not disclose it to anyone. You confirm that you provide your personal information at your own risk. In addition, you may change or delete any personal information by changing that information in your EDM Financial Aid account.

You have the right to withdraw your consent, on the basis of which we process your personal information, at any time by closing your account or explicitly indicating the withdrawal of your consent. However, this does not affect EDM AjutorFinanciar’s lawful processing based on your consent. before this withdrawal.
Marketing communications
We may periodically send you promotional or informational emails.
You may opt out of receiving such communications by following the relevant instructions contained in the email. Please note that it may take up to 1 business day to process unsubscribe requests. If you opt out of receiving emails with referrals or other information that we think may be of interest to you, we may still send you emails about your account or any Service you have requested or received from us.
Links to other web pages or applications
Links from the Financial Aid EDM Service to third-party web pages or applications are provided for your convenience. In addition, the content of the Service may be hosted on other web pages or applications. Any personal information provided by you on these pages or applications will be provided directly to that third party and is subject to that third party’s privacy policy and not ours. These web pages and applications have their own policy regarding cookies and the collection and use of personal information. It is up to you to consult these policies.
Policy regarding children under 13 years of age
Most EDM AjutorFinanciar Services are aimed at a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 years of age. Through these Services, EDM AjutorFinanciar does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from persons under the age of 13 or knowingly permit such persons to access the Services.
